At DePaul Community Health Centers, our centers are staffed by primary care doctors and nurse practitioners, a dentist and dental hygienist, mental and behavioral health counselors, and licensed certified social workers who love what they do. They are dedicated to providing spiritually centered, holistic care that sustains and improves the health of the individuals and communities we serve.

Medical Director
Our medical director, Dr. Robert Scott, is a general practice physician at DePaul Community Health Services. He earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 1983 and has over three decades of diverse experience, especially in general practice settings. He is passionate about geriatrics and chronic disease management.
A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Dr. Kristopher Stepps earned his medical degree and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Stepps is community oriented and loves interacting with patients in the community and the clinic. He is available to see patients at both the Dumas and Gould clinics.
Shundrika Reddick is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She sees patients of all ages in our Gould center. Shundrika’s passion is treating patients with chronic diseases. Her smiling face is waiting to see you.
Shundrika is married and has one son.
Meg Haney, a registered dental hygienist, works in our Gould dental clinic. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages with an emphasis on educating patients about their dental health.
