At DePaul Community Health Services, our centers are staffed by primary care doctors and nurse practitioners, a dentist and dental hygienist, mental and behavioral health counselors, and licensed certified social workers who love what they do. They are dedicated to providing spiritually centered, holistic care that sustains and improves the health of the individuals and communities we serve.

Chief Executive Officer
Brenda Jacobs is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where she received a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree. She serves as the chief executive officer of DePaul Community Health Services in Dumas and Gould, Arkansas.
Brenda is married to Carl Jacobs and they have two sons, Kevin and Zachary. She is a member of Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church, where she serves as an Elder and chairperson of the Health Education Ministry.
Brenda is most passionate about serving and providing healthcare for those who are underserved.
Our medical director, Dr. Robert Scott, is a general practice physician at DePaul Community Health Services. He earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 1983 and has over three decades of diverse experience, especially in general practice settings. He is passionate about geriatrics and chronic disease management.
A native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Dr. Kristopher Stepps earned his medical degree and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Stepps is community oriented and loves interacting with patients in the community and the clinic. He is available to see patients at both the Dumas and Gould clinics.
Shundrika Reddick is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She sees patients of all ages in our Gould center. Shundrika’s passion is treating patients with chronic diseases. Her smiling face is waiting to see you.
Shundrika is married and has one son.
Pearlean Smith’s nursing career spans 20 years. Her expertise is in treating patients with chronic medical conditions. She loves to educate patients and assist them in being accountable for their care. Perlean practices at both the Dumas and Gould clinics.
Lakeisha Ferrell works part-time in our Dumas location to provide counseling to patients with a variety of diagnoses. She enjoys assisting patients, both children and adults.
Dr. Charles Woodyard is a dentist in our Gould clinic. He has served patients in the Arkansas Delta for more than 30 years. He enjoys his work and is focused on the mission of DePaul Community Health Services. He has the heart of a servant.
Meg Haney, a registered dental hygienist, works in our Gould dental clinic. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages with an emphasis on educating patients about their dental health.
