Meet Our Primary Care Providers
Timothy (Tim) Irizarry, MS NROP/PA-C
Tim, a native Arkansan, returns home after serving patients at DePaul Community Health Centers in New Orleans for six years. With more than a decade of experience in primary care and urology, Tim specializes in adult and adolescent care, internal medicine, men's health, Medicare wellness visits, and in-office procedures. He earned his Physician Assistant degree from Harding University and provides care both in person and through TeleHealth visits, giving patients greater flexibility in accessing care.
Kimberly Sullivan, FNP
Kimberly Sullivan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, well-child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, and treatment of acute illnesses. A native of Star City, Arkansas, Kimberly brings experience in labor and delivery, medical-surgical nursing, and surgical services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University and is committed to providing high-quality care for patients of all ages.
