Dr. Dutton Day is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry and is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. A native of White Hall, Arkansas, Dutton developed an early appreciation for the importance of strong communities, meaningful relationships, and serving others. Those values have guided both his educational journey and his commitment to dentistry.

Dutton earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, with minors in Business Administration and Chemistry, from Mississippi State University before pursuing his dental degree at University of Mississippi Medical Center. Throughout his academic career, he maintained a strong record of achievement while remaining actively involved in leadership, research, and community service. His experiences ranged from conducting biomaterials research at the UMMC School of Dentistry to participating in outreach initiatives that expanded access to care for underserved populations.

While in dental school, Dutton dedicated significant time to serving patients through community clinics and outreach programs across Mississippi. He provided care through organizations such as the Jackson Free Clinic and participated in educational initiatives focused on promoting oral health and disease prevention. His commitment to service and rural healthcare was recognized through his selection as a Mississippi Rural Dentist Scholar and his role as the student speaker for the UMMC School of Dentistry Groundbreaking Ceremony.

As he begins his dental career, Dutton is especially excited about the opportunity to return to Southeast Arkansas and serve the region that helped shape him. He considers it a privilege to give back to the communities that invested in him throughout his life and looks forward to caring for generations of families while helping improve access to quality dental care. His goal is to build lasting relationships with patients founded on trust, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of dentistry, Dutton enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, working on automotive and mechanical projects, and staying involved in community service activities. He is honored to join the Ascension DePaul Services team and looks forward to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of the communities he serves.
